This TriMark 6000 lock barrell removal key is used to remove Trimark 6000 high security lock barrells, from doors, petrol filler caps and cupboards,
to use this tool the lock must be UNLOCKED, it will not remove a barrell which is locked.
how to use the TriMark 6000 lock barrel removal tool?.
spray a liberal amount of WD40 or similar lubricant into the lock, and insert the removal key fully into the lock, once inserted apply a small amount of turning pressure and gently pull the lock removal tool towards you, and this will extract the barrell from the lock housing.PLEASE NOTE to remove a door barrel, the internal handle and small lock retaining circlip must be removed prior to lock removal.
