Due to the nature of the product we supply, For security reasons please ensure that keys are shipped to a different address to where the item is located, if keys are to be used at your home, please have them delivered to your work or family and friends address.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 1pm the same working day,
orders not dispatched or placed after this time will be shipped next working day,

Standard shipping is provided by Royal mail 48 tracked - delivery estimate is 3 - 7 Working Days
Express shipping is provided by Royal Mail 24 tracked - delivery estimate is 1 - 3 Working Days
USA
Provided by Royal Mail Tracked DDP - delivery estimate to US customs 5 - 9 working days (delivery will be 1 - 21 days after that)
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping means we have pre paid your customs, vat and handling fees on your behalf
you will not receive any additional fees from US Customs
EU
Provided by Royal Mail Tracked - delivery estimate to EU customs 5 - 9 working days (delivery will be 1 - 21 days after that)
Starting July 1, 2026, the European Union will introduce a temporary flat-rate customs duty of €3 per unique item category on all imported, low-value e-commerce parcels. you will need to pay a €3 charge + potential handling fee to your customs dept prior to release of your goods.failure to pay these fees will result in goods being returned back to us, we may be able to refund cost of goods but any postage fees charged will be non refundable.

Worldwide Shipping is provided by Royal Mail Worldwide tracked - delivery estimate is 7 - 21 working days
Please note that import tax, handling fees or VAT are not included in our sales or delivery charges, and that your country may apply additional import fees and taxes on goods you have purchased from the UK, these charges and fees are payable by yourselves directly to your countries customs dept. failure to pay these fees will result in goods being returned back to us, we may be able to refund cost of goods but any postage fees charged will be non refundable.
PACKAGING
Please note that all keys we ship will be in plain packing, your key/keys will be taped to the rear of our KEY2CODE compliments slip, or in a sealed bag.. As we do not ship full order details with your key, your full order/invoice can be viewed and printed if required from the order confirmation or item despatched emails we sent, or by logging into your account on our site
