Refunds & Returns
If you wish to return items Purchased from us please contact us within 14days of receipt of goods to receive authorisation to return the items,
Refunds will be processed in a timely manner upon receipt and inspection of returned items(s). Please note that Postal charges incurred to return items will not be refunded, on correctly supplied or non faulty products supplied by us. we will however cover the cost of return postage on faulty or damaged goods.
When placing an order for Keys cut to code, please ensure you have ordered the correct key and have supplied full, complete and accurate information as keys supplied to code cannot be returned for refund under any circumstances, we make the keys to information supplied by you and cannot be held responsible for incorrect information, wrong items ordered or locks which are faulty and do not operate with the keys supplied. Plant keys, master keys & mobility scooter keys are not custom made to order, so these goods can returned for a full refund for any reason upto 14 days from receipt of goods, please note that return postage is payable by you,
Faulty or damaged goods
If the product we have supplied develops a fault within the first 12 months we will
- repair the item
- replace the item
Or if the above options are not viable we will issue a refund,
