To ensure the message is legible, we use a traditional block capital font for all products we engrave, please ensure your personalisation is no more than 4 lines of text, for best results we recommend no more than 10 characters per line, with an absolute maximum of 20 characters per line including spaces and punctuation, the less text you use the larger the text size, text size is determined by the longest line of text,

we engrave one side only and do not engrave pictures or symbols TEXT and numbers ONLY
the lighter supplied comes with a flint and wick but due to postal rules does not come filled, you will need to obtain lighter fluid prior to using the product
